  • Engage with customers and fans, using social media and live events

  • Facilitate conversation between community members

What is a Community Manager?

The community manager is the liaison between the brand and its devoted audience. Managing, engaging and growing an organization’s online community to build brand awareness and loyalty are the goals. A successful community manager will be passionate about the brand they are working for, good at communicating clearly, and strong multitaskers.
